Association Executive Committee
The Conservative Party is run by its membership. Any member can stand for election to become a Chairman, Deputy-Chairman Membership or Political, Treasurer or a committee member and each of these roles is elected annually at our Annual General Meeting. The Executive Committee is tasked by the membership to put in place the organisation to ensure it can fight and win elections.
Election Agents
During elections there are laws that candidates must not break or they can forfeit the election. Election agents are employed by political parties to understand the law and ensure that it is not broken. When there isn’t an election, agents work with volunteers, councillors and MPs to campaign all year round helping local residents and improving their communities.
Support staff
The agents are supported by a team of support staff and are the first point of call when getting in touch with the Association.
